TUMBLEWEED TALES POETRY GROUP will meet here Saturday, July 7, at 10am, and every 1st Saturday! Join us at the library to share, listen, and enjoy poetry. Original poetry encouraged, or just read an old favorite! All ages welcome!
YAA-HOOS! In June we had a lot of fun with CLUE! This month come by on July 11 and we’ll play fast-paced CATCH PHRASE! Yaa-Hoos is a group for ladies of all ages who would just like a little time to themselves! Come to the library for fun, who knows what we might be doing?! And free, too! 2nd Wednesdays of each month, 11am-1pm.
Favorite Author Book Club will meet on July 17, 1:30pm. Our choice this month is The Road by Cormac McCarthy. Read the book then come and enjoy a lively discussion!
The Pahrump Anime Club will hold its regular meeting at the library Saturday, July 7, 12-4pm. Showings this month will be:

SUMMER READING PROGRAM welcomes storyteller JIM COGAN on July 3, 10am. All classes are scheduled to attend this special presentation. The theme for this summer’s program is “Get a Clue @Your Library!” Sign up at the library prior to start of classes. Classes are available for all ages: Nosy Noses (age 4-5) Tuesdays, 9-10am; Super Sleuth (age 6-10) Tuesdays, 10:30-11:45am OR Wednesdays 1-2:15pm (pick one day only); CSI Detectives (5th grade & up) Wednesdays 2:30-3:30pm.
We’re hosting a BOOK FAIR! The Scholastic Book Fair Beach will be open for all your kids’ summer reading needs! July 12 thru 25, @ the library. Something for everyone!
Join us for this month’s Movie Day. Bring the kids and enjoy a free family movie, title Tuck Everlasting (Rated PG). Read the book (available @ the library) then see the movie! Saturday, July 28, 2-4pm.

Summer Reading Program starts @ the library!
TUMBLEWEED TALES (formerly known as PCL Poetry Group) will meet here Saturday, June 2, at 10am, and every 1st Saturday! Join us at the library to share, listen, and enjoy poetry. Original poetry encouraged, or just read an old favorite! All ages welcome!
Family Day will be held Saturday, June 9. Bring the kids and enjoy some fun time together! 10-11am @ the library. This month we’ll make a free, fun FATHER’S DAY CARD! Join Miss Brenda for Spring-time fun! (This is the last Family Day until September.)
